Strawberry Lemon Pound Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Swans Down cake flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Old World Foods Strawberry Vanilla Jam
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Frosting: 8 oz softened Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1. Whisk cake flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix Old World Foods Strawberry Vanilla Jam, butter, eggs, water, and Philadelphia cream cheese. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients.
3. Mix in lemon and vanilla extract.
4. Lightly grease pound cake pan. Evenly sprinkle flour onto greased layer.
5. Spread cake batter evenly in the cake pan and bake according to box instructions. Let cool.
6. Combine frosting ingredients with a mixer and pour over cooled cake. Enjoy!
