1. Whisk all batter ingredients together until smooth.
2. Heat pan on low-medium heat. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Add a ladle of batter and swirl pan for an even crepe. Cook for 30 seconds on both sides.
3. Mince mushrooms and onions and add to a bowl with Old World Foods Polish Sauerkraut.
4. Heat pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add vegetables and cook down until most of the moisture is gone. Add salt, black pepper, and butter to taste.
5. Fill crepes with vegetable filling and roll like a burrito. Lay down on seam to hold in place.
6. Dip into flour, then egg, then panko and set aside for frying.
7. Heat frying oil over low-medium heat and shallow fry Krokiety until golden brown on each side (1-2 minutes per side). Enjoy!
