Open Faced Pork Sandwich

INGREDIENTS (2 Servings)

DIRECTIONS

1. Coat pork cutlets in a mixture of flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Then, coat in whisked egg. Finally, coat in breadcrumbs.

2. Fry pork cutlets in frying oil until golden brown, then set aside. Fry or air fry bacon and set aside. Fry an egg sunny side up and set aside.

3. Coat both sides of brioche bread with olive oil and Italian seasoning. On the stove, toast bread on both sides until golden brown.

4. Start assembling the sandwich. Spread a generous amount of Old World Foods Russian Style Mustard on the bread, then top with Havarti cheese, lettuce, onion, bacon, Old World Foods Sweet Cucumber Salad, pork, and egg. Enjoy!
