Macro Friendly Smash Burgers
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz 93/7 lean ground beef
- 1 keto hamburger bun
- 2 slices of fat free American cheese
- 1 serving frozen french fries
- Avocado oil for cooking
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Old World Foods Traditional German Salad
- Old World Foods Polish Dill Pickles
- Old World Foods Marinated Peppers
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook frozen fries in the oven or air fryer. Set aside.
2. Prepare Old World Foods Polish Dill Pickles by cutting into thin horizontal slices.
3. Form 3 oz burger patties. Season with salt and black pepper. Turn griddle or stove on medium-high heat and add avocado oil. Once the oil is heated, add burger patties and smash.
4. Cook patties on one side, then flip. Add American cheese on each patty. Place hamburger bun next to the patties, add a bit of water to the pan, then cover with lid to steam.
5. Once the patties are cooked, begin assembling the burgers. Add the patty, Old World Foods Marinated Peppers, Old World Foods Polish Dill Pickles, and Old World Foods Traditional German Salad on top. Finish with the top of the hamburger bun and serve with fries. Enjoy!
