Ginger Pear Crumble Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup Granola butter
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup Old World Foods Pear Ginger & Lime Jam
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add all wet ingredients except for the jam. Mix until fully incorporated.
4. Press part of the dough into 8 silicone muffin cups, making sure to save some dough for the topping.
5. Add a tablespoon of Old World Foods Pear Ginger & Lime Jam to each muffin cup and top with crumbled leftover dough.
6. Press gently, then bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
